Sinpaş GYO considers its human resources as its biggest wealth. In this direction, it provides all of its employees with a working environment where they can professionally train and improve themselves and that is based on mutual trust and respect.

In addition to being a newly established company, Sinpaş GYO has many qualified employees who transfer many years of experience achieved in Sinpaş Yapı to Sinpaş GYO.

The first interview in the recruitment process is made with the Human Resources executives and personal inventory is applied for the candidates who are identified as suitable. After this stage, the second interview is performed by the director that the candidate will be subordinate to. Following the completion of the reference checks of the candidates who are identified as positive with the companies they previous worked for, the report prepared related to all stages of the recruitment process is presented to the evaluation of the highest rank director of the respective department. In the result of all stages, the candidate who is identified as positive is offered the job by the Human Resources Department.

In recruitment for administrative positions at Sinpaş GYO, it is preferred to use internal resources principally, in which case important career opportunities are provided for many of our employees.

Professional and personal improvements of all our employees are being supported with various training programmes throughout their terms of employment. In addition, all our workers are being involved in the performance assessment process, and as the result of the assessments, the employees with high performances are awarded by means of various methods.

The level of commitment and motivation observed with the employee satisfaction surveys is quite high in Sinpaş GYO. Corporate belonging is considered very important and in line with this, appropriate environments are produced in order to increase communication with the employees and to obtain their feedback. With AilemSİN, the corporate communication portal initiated in 2011, the employees of Sinpaş Holding gained the opportunity of knowing each other better, keeping in touch, being informed about the news and developments and freely expressing their requests/wishes/recommendations.
